Returns
1. How long do I have to return my order?
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your item. Please contact our customer service department at support@taavita.com within this time frame to arrange a return.
2. Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the product is defective. If your item arrives defective, we we will refund the return shipping costs.
3. When will I get my money back?
After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
4. What are the conditions for a return?
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and returned in the same condition in which it was received. Make sure it is properly packed to avoid damage during transportation.
Shipping
1. What are the shipping costs within Australia?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. Orders to other countries may be subject to shipping charges, which will be displayed during checkout.
2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We need about 1-5 working days (Mo - Fri) to get your order ready for dispatch, then your order will be on its way for about 1-5 working days (Mo - Fri). The total delivery time is 2-10 business days (Mo - Fri).
Order Cut off time: The processing time for orders placed before 07:00 PM (Canberra - GMT +10) will start on the same day, if that day is a business day (Mo-Fri), for orders placed after 07:00 PM (Canberra - GMT +10) the processing will start the following business day. (Mo - Fri).
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our Track your Order page.
4. What should I do if I want to change my delivery address?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@taavita.com or call us at +447457409252 We will do our best to make the change, but this is not guaranteed if the order has already been processed.
