If you have received a damaged item, please attach clear images of the damage. Broken glass or dented shades or frames are not considered defective items and cannot be returned. In such cases, we will provide a new replacement for glass or shades free of charge. If you do not accept the exchange and wish to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange for the return shipping, and shipping costs will be at your expense. After our confirmation, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping costs).
